How We Started
Desktop Ink Virtual Assistance was founded in 1999 in Flint, Michigan by Kristal Jackson. After moving to Virginia in 2016, she partnered with her niece, Alesha Jackson, and daughter, Kaila Wilson, to expand the business and services.

First and foremost, we are a Virtual Assistant (VA) staffing and recruitment firm. We pair qualified, skilled VAs with companies and leaders, based on their business needs.
